Processing time
Every Viroxa product is personalised to order. After you place an order, we share a digital proof of your engraving on WhatsApp or email. Your order is engraved and dispatched within 2–4 working days of proof approval.
Bulk and corporate orders follow the timeline agreed in your quote.
Delivery time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check your order on our Track your order page or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Address and delivery issues
- Please make sure your shipping address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.
- If a parcel is returned to us because the recipient was unavailable or the address was incorrect, re-shipping charges will apply.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
